As part of our Organisational Development Programme we have reviewed the company operating model including pay and benefits of all employees, comparing pay and benefits to external data to address misalignment and to ensure that we are accurately paying and rewarding all members of staff in reflection of skills and abilities, regardless of gender. This is done on a regular basis.
