This infrastructure supports the responsiveness and efficiency of our emergency services, enables people to protect the UK economy by keeping businesses open, safely, from their own homes and keeps us all connected with our families and friends throughout these challenging times.
By working Together with our clients, our suppliers and Government advisors, the John Henry Group team has worked fast to put processes in place to enable our employees to keep working while protecting their own and others’ health.
Despite the challenging environment we are facing, the John Henry Group team will continue to provide an excellent service to our clients and communities.
We wish you all good health.

Continuing to provide Excellence
The Government recognises the significance of the telecommunications industry at this unprecedented time. To ensure the country’s telecommunications networks are maintained and reinforced, the industry has been granted Key Worker status. This means that you will see members of John Henry Group continuing to work out of doors.
Right now, John Henry Group gangs are supporting the rapid installation of two new NHS Nightingale facilities in Scotland to be ready to offer critical care as the COVID-19 outbreak runs its course.
Closer to our Head Office, we are assisting a large biotechnology company in Cambridge with urgent network upgrades as it rises to the challenge to boost UK supplies of COVID-19 testing equipment.

Continuing to be Forward Thinking
At John Henry Group, we are fortunate to have robust and well-established processes and we are pleased to see our colleagues creatively leveraging these to limit or remove the need for travel.
Our Geo-sight App provides real time visuals of the works our gangs are conducting at site. Our Site Supervisors are accessing these photos to offer general advice and guidance remotely to crews, enabling them to restrict their presence at site to essential management of safety and quality compliance.
Behind the scenes, our colleagues continue to receive training through the JHG Hub, our remote learning portal, and by accessing a variety of interactive collaboration tools, ensuring that as they continuing to work they keep the public and themselves safe and reinforce John Henry Group’s reputation for Excellence.

Continuing to work safely Together
The safety of our people and the public is paramount. The majority of our office-based staff are safely installed at home and are effectively supporting our ongoing operations remotely. The skeleton crews who remain at our Head Office and regional offices are following strict social distancing guidelines. We are gratified by the agility our employees are showing in ensuring that interactions and communication with our clients, suppliers and members of the public, remain largely unaffected.
Please respect our Key Workers who continue to operate at site.
