The shared services function allows John Henry Group’s project managers a central point of expertise from which to draw up the required knowledge to successfully manage national contracts on behalf of our major client portfolio.

Shared services at John Henry Group allows us to provide exceptional project management capability from our K4 Operations Centre in Cambridge. Having this function enables us to ensure communication is both effective and efficient across the group as a whole, regardless of the location of the project, contract or client.
